Tier II Report/Reporting – Houston – Dallas – San Antonio – Auston – All of Texas… The deadline to file a facility Tier II report with The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is March 1 and, if not filed on time, it could subject you to enforcement actions including significant penalties.
The facility is required to submit a Tier II report if the facility had more than 10,000 pounds of a Hazardous Material or 500 pounds of an Extremely Hazardous Material on-site at any one time in the previous year.
