Examine financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws & regulations.
Prepare monthly and yearly budgets, including work papers and provide supporting documents for the annual financial audit, and annual budgeting process including data aggregation, expenditure analysis, and schedule preparation.
Compute taxes owed and prepare the company’s tax documentation.
Prepare annual financial reports for state and federal tax returns.
Organize & maintain the company’s finances and financial records.
Conduct bank reconciliation, supervise accounts payable and receivable, billing, and payroll
Manage daily bank transfers between checking accounts and a line of credit.
Analyze the financial performance of the company.
Record the acquisition and disposal of fixed assets in the fixed assets tracking software.
Ensure accurate cost and class life values are established.
Participate in meetings and explain financial concepts or issues.
Provide progress reports and receive instructions.
