The EPA will be seeking public comment on the proposed 2020 NPDES Multi-Sector General Permit for stormwater discharges.
There are proposed changes in the permit which include new requirements for permit eligibility, authorization, monitoring, and updates to the stormwater control fact sheets.
The EPA will take comments on the proposal during a 60-day comment period.
EPA will host two informational webcasts to give an overview of the proposed changes to the permit. The webinars will be recorded and posted on EPA’s Industrial Stormwater website for those who are unable to attend.
